GamerFun.club in line with 17 U.S.C. § 512 and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act “DMCA” announces that the policy of our website compels us to respond to any violation reports and take the necessary measures in accordance with the “DMCA” and the other applicable principles of intellectual property law.

In case you found your copyrighted material or even links to your copyrighted material posted on GamerFun.club and you want this material removed, all you have to do is to submit a written message detailing the information described in the following paragraphs. 

Note that in case you file a false report we propose that you contact an attorney for legal assistance since you will be made responsible for any damage, including attorneys’ fees and costs.

Following are the elements that you should provide in your copyright violation claim:

• Evidence of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is supposedly violated
• Sufficient contact information in addition to a valid email address so we can contact you when necessary
• The copyrighted work claimed to have been violated including at least one search term under which the material appears in GamerFun.club search results
• A permit that the complainant has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A permit that the information in the notification is precise, and under penalty of false testimony, that the complainant is empowered to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is supposedly violated
• The signature of the authorized person to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is supposedly violated 
• And last but not least, the written violation notice should be sent to our email address  wanasx@gmail.com
